Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo has been published as a writer and also an actor. She started her career in the soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in the primetime television. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress, was born in The Bronx New York United States on October 10, 1977. Navedo's professional acting began in soap operas. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 until 1998. Then, in 1999, she changed her name to Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. She made her film debut with a small part on the show in Girl 6 (1996) then was featured in several episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action comedy, and in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages came out, as did Blue Bloods. Navedo starred in many different films like El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 to 2013. The comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious films were parodied in the film of 2015. Navedo first began her profession as an actor on daytime dramas. From 1995 to 1997, Navedo was Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera with the character Theresa Sandoval. The actress had a minor role on Girl 6 in 1996 and then appeared in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was on the screen in Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy.
